Questions, answered
The short version of how ordering works.
How does ordering work?
Choose a design and a product in our Etsy shop, pick your size or colour and check out on Etsy. Your order is printed for you and shipped to your address.
Are your items made to order?
Yes. Every item is printed after you order, so production takes a little time before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product and where you live. The estimate is shown on Etsy before you pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many countries. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout on Etsy.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs or import taxes may apply when your order arrives. They are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices.
Can I return my order?
Every item is made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, message us on Etsy and we will make it right.
